At Harmony Haven Homes Inc, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and home-like environment where adults with developmental disabilities are empowered to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We are dedicated to promoting independence, dignity and personal growth through individualized support and compassionate, person-centered care.
We embrace the uniqueness of every resident by honoring their cultural background, communication styles, and personal goals. Our trained staff work collaboratively with residents, families, and community partners to ensures each individual receives the support they need in a respectful and responsive manner.
Through life skills development, community integration, and behavior support strategies, we strive to help each resident build confidence, develop strong relationships, and participate fully in the world around them.

He received his A.A. in general studies from Eastern Wyoming College, B.A. from Fresno Pacific University in Communications, M.A. in Education from Alliant university and Special Education credential from Alliant University. He has 5 years’ experie
Mr. Duckworth offers a well-balanced background of education and experience in the field. He received his A.A. in general studies from Eastern Wyoming College, B.A. from Fresno Pacific University in Communications, M.A. in Education from Alliant university and Special Education credential from Alliant University. He has 5 years’ experience working as a childcare worker and facility manager in residential treatment programs for adolescent males. Corey has 2 years ‘experience working with adults with sever mental illnesses. In addition, Corey has 10 years’ experience as a high school special education teacher while serving as Head boys’ basketball coach where he mentored youth from all socio-economic background.

Mr. Bruce Lee Heights brings a financial background with a BS degree from CSU, Fresno in Business Administration, Accounting. The range of his experience includes the private sector being a controller for Standard Automotive Group (Fresno Mitsubishi) prior to going into public accounting. Mr. Bruce Lee Heights brings a financial background with a BS degree from CSU, Fresno in Business Administration, Accounting. The range of his experience includes the private sector being a controller for Standard Automotive Group (Fresno Mitsubishi) prior to going into public accounting. In his role as a senior account Mr. Heights was tasked with compiling financial statements, preparing individual, partnership, corporate, trust, & non-profit tax returns. In addition to that Mr. Heights also was the senior auditor performing the audits of local non-profit organizations and water districts. His experience began in May of 2006- current. He has an extensive knowledge of GAAP, compilation financial reporting, and taxation. Mr. Heights well versed in real estate and financing and holds both a Real Estate Broker’s license and Mortgage Loan Origination license. He has always had a passion for empowering troubled and disenfranchised youth. Mr. Heights and his wife took in a foster youth at the young age of 22 and 20 respectively. The eventually adopted that child at the age of 26 and 24 respectively. He believes that there is sunshine in the midst of the storm and greatness steps from the shadows of adversity.

Before forming Streamline Communications Inc, Mr. Alexander garnered his many years of experience as a technician and engineer from companies such as Equinix, Earthlink, Sprint and Broadwing Communications. Also Mr. Alexander is a military veteran serving in both the U.S. Army, Navy and received an honorable discharge. Under Mr. Alexander leadership he has worked to optimize the company position as a leader in communications technology solutions, identify key growth areas, and evolve our services portfolio in response to market, competitive and technology trends.
